Changing your Plan

In CattleMax, customers have the option to change their plans. You can switch from monthly billing to yearly billing as well as upgrade your plan to the higher or lower plan determined by the number of Active animals in the herd.

After you log in, go to the gear icon in the upper left corner and then select Billing and Plan

Click on Change Billing Frequency to change payment to yearly to save 20% or revert back to monthly billing.

Click on Change Plan to upgrade your subscription plan at any time. The upgrade will take effect immediately. The chosen method of billing will automatically be charged a prorated amount on the date of the upgrade. 

Downgrades with credit remaining must be requested by email to howdy@cattlemax.com from an administrator on the account. If an account is downgraded, the subscription renewal date will be extended with the downgraded credit.
