Yearly billing and alternate payment methods (check, invoice, purchase order)
While a credit card is the only supported option for month-to-month billing, accounts on the yearly billing option can pay using a credit card, check, bank wire transfer, or invoice.
If your CattleMax account may expire while the payment is in process, please contact us as we can temporarily extend your account for continued access to records while the payment is processed.
Paying by Credit Card
To change your account to annual billing, first, go to My Account > Billing and Plan > Change Plan. From this screen, click the “Change to Yearly Billing” button. Then you may also want to click Billing Information > Update billing information to verify your billing details. Your credit card will be charged the annual amount on your next billing date shown.
Paying by Check
You are welcome to pay in advance by check. When paying by check, you MUST include your account address (e.g., yourranch.cattlemax.com), so we will know to which account to apply the payment. You can obtain the payment amount due by going to My Account > Billing and Plan. Please allow 2-3 weeks for checks to be received and posted to your account.
