Legacy Verified PVP Integration

Legacy Verified customers who use the CattleMax software now have an easier way to share necessary herd information for yearly audits. This integration enables your Legacy Verified Verification Specialist to securely view essential data, making the audit process easier, faster, and and more efficient.

To participate, contact Legacy Verified to activate the integration.

Once the link is complete, you can verify this by accessing the following menu: Click the gear icon > then select Partner Integrations. You will see that you are now set up to share your verification data with your auditor. If you click on Legacy Verified, you will see your enrollment date.

You can access the Ranch Verification Organizer (RVO) by clicking on the Report tab > and selecting Ranch Verification Organizer on the right side of the screen.

The RVO screen will look like this. All of the green links are clickable.  Feed tags and Feed Letters required by USDA for the PVP can be stored inside your CattleMax account and accessed by the auditor here.  The Health Records screen will show all treatments - vaccines, antibiotics, etc.  You can visualize what animals were treated, what medicine they used, and the date.  The first and last calving dates are also listed.  You can also Download this data as a PDF, Spreadsheet and print an EID List from here.

Integration Notes:
This integration gives Legacy Verified read-only access to information to conduct process-verified program audits and is based on the Ranch Verification Organizer on the Reports page. No financial information or login credentials are shared.
