Breeding Soundness Exams

You can now enter your breeding soundness exam data for each animal individually or as a group.  

Individual Breeding Soundness Exam entry

You will want to open your bull's detail page by clicking on the ID of the bull from a group or pasture or by typing the ID in the search bar.  Once the detail page is open, you will click on the Add New Activity Button.

You will now select the New BSE Exam button. 

Once the BSE page is opened, you can now enter your BSE results.

Group Breeding Soundness Exam Entry

If you have checked multiple bulls at a time and prefer entering their data as a group, please use this method.  You will want to open the group or pasture where the bulls tested are located.  Place a checkmark in the box in front of the IDs that were tested, and then click on Update Selected Animals to open the Group Update page. 

When the Group Update page opens, you will want to select Record Breeding Soundness Exams and then Continue.

You can now enter your BSE data accordingly, and when finished, click on Record Breeding Soundness Exams to save your data.

You can now visualize this data in a report by clicking on the Reports Tab > select New Report and then name your report anything you wish and then choose Breeding Soundness Exams as your record area and then click on Create Report.  You can now see all your data and filter as needed.
