Entering your Credit Card Information

Directions for entering your credit card information in your CattleMax account.

Go to the gear/sprocket icon in top left of your Cattlemax. Then select Billing and Plan Settings.

elect Update billing information or Billing screen link.

Choose whether to pay by the month or the year and fill out the form. Be sure to fill in all the blanks that match the credit card (Name and address to which the card is billed).  After completing the name/address area, then, enter the credit card number (no spaces or dashes), expiration date in format mm/yyyy, and security code.

Be sure to click on the Update billing information button at the bottom of the page.

You should get a message if it is successful.  Sometimes, it takes a minute or two to get the "successfully updated" message.
