Can't Get Into Your Account

If you're having trouble accessing your CattleMax account, follow the steps below to get signed back in.

1. Verify You're Using the Correct Sign-In Page

All CattleMax users now sign in using the same link:

https://app.cattlemax.com/login

Enter the email address associated with your CattleMax account and your password.

If you have multiple CattleMax accounts associated with the same email address, you'll be able to select which account you'd like to access after signing in.

2. Forgot Your Password?

If you've forgotten your password or it's not working, you can reset it by following these steps:

1. Visit https://app.cattlemax.com/login
2. Click Forgot your password?
3. Enter the email address associated with your CattleMax account.
4. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions to create a new password.

If you don't receive the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Please note: For your privacy and security, CattleMax Customer Service cannot view or change your password.

3. Make Sure Cookies Are Enabled

CattleMax uses cookies to securely maintain your sign-in session. If cookies are disabled or blocked in your web browser, you may experience trouble signing in.

Check your browser's privacy settings to ensure cookies are enabled for CattleMax.

4. Clear Your Browser's Cookies

If you're still unable to sign in, clearing your browser's cookies may help resolve the issue.

For Google Chrome:

1. Click the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner of your browser.
2. Select Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies > See all site data and permissions (menu wording may vary by Chrome version).
3. Search for cattlemax.com and delete the associated site data.
4. Return to https://app.cattlemax.com/login and try signing in again.

If you're using a different browser, you can typically clear cookies through its Privacy or Settings menu.
