Can't Get Into Your Account

From time to time we all forget things, like our telephone number, business address, passwords, or exactly how to get into our own web-based software account.

First, we'll address actually getting to your CattleMax account.  As you open a new web browser window, be sure to enter the account address (URL) into the actual address line, as opposed to entering into a Search only line.  Enter the address as:  yourranchname.cattlemax.com

There is no need to enter any prefixes (www, https, etc.) as you type the address.

That should take you to the sign-in page requesting your email address and password.  There will be a statement at the top: " You need to sign in or sign up before continuing."

If you are unable to get into your CattleMax account using the username (email address) and password:  

• Make sure you are using the correct email address
• If you can't remember or seem to get the correct password, you can click the 'Forgot your password?' link.  An email will be sent to the email address on your account which will allow you to reset your password.  You will need to retrieve the email within a few minutes or it will expire.  If you don't see the email in your inbox, always check your Spam or Deleted files in your email account.  

Once you've changed your password, make a note of it and, after you log in the first time with the new password, bookmark the account to make it easier the next time you need to sign in.

Note: If you reset your password, you will also need to reset your bookmarks and the icon on the home screen of your devices so it will automatically log you in with the new password.

For privacy and security, we do not have access to user's passwords.
