Partner Connection with Zoetis
You are now able to import your Zoetis genomic test results directly into CattleMax.
**Please Note**
- You will need a Registered Account to view the data from the Zoetis import, as these values are imported as EPDs. The data can be imported into a Commercial account; however, it cannot be viewed, as EPDs are not available in Commercial accounts.
- The Zoetis Genetic import will overwrite any existing EPDs you may have imported/entered from your Breed Association.
Step 1: CattleMax Account Settings
You will need to enable the DNA barcode field in your settings, and you must enter the actual DNA barcode on the animal's profile before the test results import correctly, as this is what is used to match the data. Click on the gear icon > Account Settings > Cattle Records > make sure the DNA Barcode field is checked, and then click on Update Settings to save your settings

Step 2: Setting up the Partner Connection
Now that the DNA Barcode field is enabled and all animals have a DNA Barcode entered on their profiles, we will need to allow Partner Connection for Zoetis. From the Dashboard of your CattleMax account, go to Settings and then click on Partner Connection. Select the Zoetis button to activate the Zoetis Partnership.

Step 3: Getting your Zoetis file
To get your Zoetis file, log into your SearchPoint account and select the animals you want to import data for. Choose Reports at the top of the page. Then choose the CSV - HMS File Upload, which is actually a download. Save it on your computer in a place you can find. ReportAllInformation2025-12-03.csv. The date will match the day you download the file.
Please do not open the Zoetis file until after it has been imported; opening it before import will cause it to become corrupt and may result in import errors.

Step 4: Importing your Zoetis file into CattleMax
To import the Zoetis data, from the Dashboard, go to Cattle, Import Data, and pick Zoetis from the dropdown list. You can browse and attach your file for import. Click Import Results and wait for your confirmation email. The Zoetis data will be located on the DNA tab of the animal's profile, and a report named Genetic Profiles will be added to the Performance area.
