Partner Connection with Ranchbot

We are pleased to announce that you can now integrate all of your Ranchbot sensors to show on the Pastures Map in CattleMax.  

You will need to contact Ranchbot support for your Client ID and Client Secret, which are different from your Ranchbot username and password.

Once you have obtained the Client information, you can log into your CattleMax account.  

From the Dashboard of your CattleMax account, go to Settings and click Account Settings.

You will see a list of Partners that CattleMax works with. Choose Ranchbot.

The Ranchbot pop-up appears.  Click on Add a Ranchbot Account.

Enter your Client ID and Client Secret.  Leave the checkmark if you would like for rainfall to be added automatically.

You will be able to see that the connection was made.  Now you can go to your Pastures page and see the icon for each Ranchbot sensor you have.  Click on the icon to see the information about that sensor.  There is even a link to direct you to your Ranchbot account.

Rainfall will show the current rainfall and rainfall over the past 24 hours.  Rainfall can also auto-populate your rainfall in CattleMax.
