Hay Production

CattleMax offers the ability to help keep track of your hay production.  To access the hay production feature, you will want to click on the Pasture tab > select the Pasture/Field you want to record the hay data on > once the pasture is opened, you will see the Hay Production tab > click there.   You can now see past data that has been entered, and you can also click on New Hay Production to enter your new data.

If you have your pasture mapped, the acreage will automatically be calculated, and once weight data on the hay is entered, the Weight/Acre will automatically be calculated.  If you don't have your pasture mapped, you can manually enter the Weight/Acre. You are also able to add the Forage Type as well as the TDN for your bales. 

You can click on the Report tab and create a worksheet to take to the field to collect data. 

Once your data has been entered, you can use the Hay Production Report to view your hay production data customized to your liking.
