Please contact us for assistance with this issue if your browser is not Google Chrome.
Start out by clicking on the three little vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner to bring up the Chrome Settings menu.
Once you open the menu, click on Settings and then scroll down and click on Advanced in the center of the screen.
Under the Privacy and Security setting, select Site Settings.
Make sure the slide button is blue next to "Allow (recommended)."
Now, please close your browser totally and then reopen it.
